part 5, 2012

The last day in south Sweden, Skåne, we went for a long walk with this happy dog before we had to pack our bags for the next adventure...

Superhappydog

superswedish view

And after we've hugged every one goodbye we took a train to Stockholm

part 4, 2012

The next day it was time for new adventures. We left the deep forest where my mom lives and went to see my brother and his lovely family!

After we had fika with my lovely niece and nephew (I want to screeaaam a little bit over how cute they are! And I want to cry a little bit over how far the distance is between us..) we went to the playground.

...But the 'zipline' was definitely the coolest 'ride'.

then we got back to the deep forest again for some home cooked swedish food

We ate mince 'biffar', veggies and blue potato mash from the blue potato 'blå kongo'

Lovely day.

part 3, 2012

The next morning we started off by running to the bus, as if it was the last bus in the world, with the disappointment that it was the wrong bus and we were one hour early. (with the bus drivers comment 'it's always foreigners who are late'...) So we had a tradional fika. Paul had a swedish traditional semla and I had a massive chocolate muffin. yum yum

Later in the evening it was time for another fika (and we had at least one in between the other one aswell...) at my friends newly bought house. It was pangcake time!

Lovely Veronica <3

She was in London for not so long ago, working with a company that makes free comic books explaining different types diseases in comics, giving them to different hospitals.

Paul telling a story, maybe about a jumping bunny?

Time to eat

And after the fantastic pangcakes we decided to open a coconut. Which was harder than we thought. Nothing that an axe can't fix though! :D Thanks for a lovely evening! :D

part 2, 2012

And the next day my lovely brother came and showed us his musical skills... :)

And finally I could hangout with my niece and nephew!!!

They had both grown so much and started to speak so much more than the last time I saw them. Funniest thing my lil niece did was to kiss P on the hand, then ran to me and said 'I kissed your boyfriend! He smelled of pepper!'

Later in the evening it was time to catch up with my sister. We were invited to her work-friends birthdayparty.

It was a very good group of people and a very good party.

I know it's a bit rude photographing people from underneath but he was so tall it was impossible not to. Anyhow, he was a very funny man.

On the other side of the bar

(the fake fight) Later on they served us hot toasts direct from the oven and then we took a cab home.

(a very rude shopping list)
What a lovely night! Thanks to everyone!

So, finally me and P went to Sweden in late january.
The journey started with many hours of Uno.
